This infill housing development is being led by Jewel Rodgers to provide 5-unit of mixed income housing in the North Omaha area. The project aims to achieve award from Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Spark CDI, and the Omaha Community Foundation, as well as traditional lending and equity. Jewel is still welcoming partners to contribute to this project. The project aims to empower renters towards homeownership within 2-3 years by providing wraparound services through homebuyer mentorship, along with essential courses in financial planning, home-buying, and budgeting.
